マッシュルーム、トマトとポークランチョンミートのサラダ

材料

  • 340 g チューリップポークランチョンミート
  • 200 g グリーンアスパラガス
  • 200 g マッシュルーム
  • 8 個 トマト
  • 1 小さじ 砂糖
  • 適量 サラダの葉
  • 適量 小麦粉
  • 適量 チリパウダー
  • 適量 水
  • 適量 油
ドレッシング
  • 4 小さじ 油
  • 4 小さじ 醤油
  • 4 小さじ ごま油
  • 4 小さじ パルメザン
  • 適量 塩
  • 適量 粗挽きコショウ
  • 適量 新鮮な生姜
  • 適量 新鮮なコリアンダー

作り方

（１）ポークランチョンミートをサイコロ状に切り、小麦粉をつけチリパウダーをまぶす。フライパンで油を熱し、きつね色になるまで肉を焼く。

（２）トマト、アスパラガスとマッシュルームを小さめに切る。

（３）熱湯入りの鍋の中で、アスパラガスを2分間茹でる。

（４）ドレッシングを作る。油、醤油、ごま油、塩、粗挽きコショウ、新鮮な生姜、パルメザンとコリアンダーをまとめて泡立てる(コリアンダーは後で添えるために少し残しておく)。

（５）サイコロ状のポークランチョンミートをトマト、アスパラガス、マッシュルーム、サラダ用の葉ものとドレッシングを混ぜればできあがり。
